Fees

Our company’s fees are non-refundable after your application and payment has been submitted, as well as payments made on your behalf to the authorities. The cost of the management service will depend on the service contracted.

By contracting our services you are accepting this terms and conditions policy and agreeing to be bound to Norgenic S.L., which is assuming a number of administrative responsibilities and is liable as the financial institution that processes the applicant’s payments going through norgenic.com, including taxes, compliance risk, billing, refund requests or any other disputes. The Merchant of Record ensures that all digital transactions are encrypted and protected through high-tech firewalls and physical security, handled accurately and in full compliance with the Law Regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Except as otherwise provided by law, Norgenic will not accept any liability for the following losses, regardless of their origin
any loss of data, devices, passwords that were not attributable to any breach by you; business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, loss of goodwill or unnecessary expenses incurred); or any other indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the time the contract was concluded between both parties.

Norgenic also limits its liability in the following cases Norgenic applies all measures concerning the provision of an accurate display of the services on the Website, however it is not liable for any minor differences or inaccuracies that may exist due to lack of screen resolution, or problems with the browser being used or other such problems, non-delivery of documentation, technical problems, etc.

Norgenic shall not be liable for damages arising from a malfunction of the application, or of the user’s mobile device or account, error in the user’s provision of information, truthfulness and accuracy of the data.

Technical failures that due to fortuitous or other causes, prevent normal operation of the service via the Internet. In general, Norgenic shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the fulfilment of any of the obligations assumed, when the same is due to events beyond its reasonable control, i.e. due to force majeure, and this may include, but is not limited to, the following

Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
Inability to use trains, ships, aircraft, motor transport or other means of transport, public or private.
Impossibility of using public or private telecommunications systems.
Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
